They are a foreign threat that kills more Americans every year than the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan combined. Washington has managed the problem. Ron will fight it like the war it is.

Cartels run on money. Cut off the money, and they wither. Ron will push the President to deploy every available national security asset to destroy the economic infrastructure of the Mexican drug cartels. Seize their assets. Destroy their networks. Target their leadership.

Ron supports formal Foreign Terrorist Organization designation for the Sinaloa Cartel, Jalisco New Generation Cartel, and other major trafficking organizations. That designation unlocks military, intelligence, and financial tools currently unavailable under standard law enforcement frameworks.

The fentanyl supply chain starts in Chinese chemical factories. Ron will push for targeted financial sanctions, export controls, and visa restrictions on Chinese nationals and entities supplying cartel-affiliated buyers with precursor chemicals.

Ron supports completing the border wall combined with next-generation sensor arrays, AI-assisted surveillance, and drone interdiction. The wall is infrastructure, not symbolism.

At home, Ron will push for a Joint Oklahoma State-Federal Interdiction Task Force pairing Oklahoma Highway Patrol, county sheriffs, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, DEA, and CBP to target fentanyl distribution networks inside Oklahoma, funded through cartel asset forfeitures.

Enforce all immigration law. No exceptions.

Every illegal immigrant in the United States is subject to deportation under existing law. Ron supports full funding and staffing for ICE, CBP, and immigration courts to enforce existing law. No sanctuary protections. No carve-outs. No political pressure to look the other way.

Ron supports mandatory detention for all individuals apprehended at the border with expedited removal proceedings. Any jurisdiction that obstructs federal immigration enforcement loses federal funding. Full stop. E-Verify mandated for all employers. Remove the job magnet that draws illegal entry in the first place.

A pathway for productive immigrants to come back legally.

This is not amnesty. For individuals who self-deport voluntarily and can document they held steady employment, paid taxes, committed no crimes, and contributed to their Oklahoma communities, Ron supports a structured legal pathway to apply for lawful reentry. This rewards self-deportation, penalizes those who refuse, and gives productive contributors a legitimate legal path rather than an incentive to hide.
