The Chinese Communist Party is not a trading partner that sometimes misbehaves. The CCP wages a deliberate, decades-long campaign to acquire American technology, farmland near military installations, supply chain dependencies, and political influence. Oklahoma is not immune. CCP-affiliated entities buy land near Tinker Air Force Base and Fort Sill. Chinese-manufactured goods undercut Oklahoma manufacturers. And the fentanyl killing Oklahomans starts with Chinese chemical factories.

Land and real estate

Pass federal legislation prohibiting any entity with demonstrated CCP affiliation from purchasing land in the United States. Require divestiture of all CCP-affiliated land holdings within 50 miles of military installations, critical infrastructure, and federal research facilities within 24 months.

Trade and manufacturing

Support targeted, sector-specific tariffs on Chinese goods competing directly with Oklahoma manufacturers. Create a 10-year accelerated depreciation schedule and a 15% investment tax credit for manufacturers who relocate production from China to Oklahoma, targeting semiconductors, defense components, pharmaceutical ingredients, and rare earth processing.

Oklahoma does not run a hostile regulatory environment, a militant labor movement, or a government that treats businesses as adversaries. Ron will push for a Corporate Refugee Program recruiting manufacturers, tech companies, and defense suppliers fleeing California, New York, and Illinois, making Oklahoma the most attractive relocation destination in America.

Require domestic content requirements on all federal contracts above $1 million, with a specific prohibition on Chinese-manufactured components in defense, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure procurement.

Technology and digital security

Expand bans on CCP-owned apps to cover all applications developed by entities with CCP ownership or control. Accelerate the rip-and-replace program for Huawei and ZTE equipment in rural Oklahoma telecommunications networks. Dramatically increase DOJ and FBI resources dedicated to CCP-directed intellectual property theft.
