Ron grew up in a home anchored by faith and family. He raised his own family on those same foundations. He did not find these convictions on the campaign trail. He has lived them. Washington does not get to undo them.
Religious liberty
Pass the First Amendment Defense Act to prohibit federal agencies from taking adverse action against individuals, businesses, schools, or religious organizations that operate according to the belief that marriage unites one man and one woman. Fully repeal the Johnson Amendment. The federal government does not get to threaten churches with tax consequences over their speech. Ensure faith-based foster care and adoption agencies retain full eligibility for federal funding.
Parental rights
Support a constitutional amendment affirming the fundamental right of parents to direct the upbringing, education, and care of their children. Require all schools receiving federal funding to publish complete curriculum materials online before instructors use them. Ban federal education funding to any school district teaching that biological sex is not binary or that parents should be excluded from decisions about their child's gender identity.
Protecting children
Support federal legislation prohibiting gender-transition surgeries, puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones for minors. This is child protection. Pass the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act to maintain sex-separated competition based on biological sex.
DEI
Eliminate all federal DEI hiring mandates, contractor requirements, and training program funding. Hiring rests on merit. Eliminate all federal DEI offices and positions across executive branch agencies. Prohibit their recreation without specific congressional authorization.
