Absolute opposition to red flag laws. Oppose universal background check expansions that criminalize private transfers between family members. Oppose all magazine capacity restrictions. Support national reciprocity legislation allowing all CCW holders to carry in every state. Protect manufacturers from abusive litigation through the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. Oppose all ammunition tracking schemes.
Oklahoma as the firearms manufacturing capital
Ron will work with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to designate shovel-ready industrial sites marketed to firearms and ammunition manufacturers with streamlined permitting and workforce partnerships ready to go. He will push for Buy American provisions in federal firearms procurement that preference manufacturers in constitutional carry states. Support 10-year accelerated depreciation for firearms manufacturing capital investment in Oklahoma.
